      Pros

      Excellent work-life balance and non-cash benefits. Very supportive and inclusive environment and ample opportunities to develop and learn.

      Cons

      Complex and highly bureaucratic, as a result some work is more oriented towards internal politics than actual value delivery. Reduced focus on energy transition and general feeling that the company doesn't believe in its own future. Performance evaluation is also not very effective and doesn't you'll reward performance, at least for younger employees.
