Culture, focus on diversity and inclusion, structured processes, in depth and very well outlined policies with clearly defined roles and responsibilities.

Cons

In the name of cost cutting/savings, more workload is added to the advisors without taking into consideration overall workload of advisors. Due to very structured systems, additional menial/administrative tasks become part of the advisors job scope.
