Pros
Shell is a wonderful employer which provides great compensation and also cares for its employees health. There is notion that it is an energy company scope IT is limited but that is not the case at all. There is alot of innovation going on which make it an excellent place to work
Cons
Some times the size and scale can feel overwhelming which is always a good learning
