      Pros

      Very safe. Good Visual Safety Leadership Program. They supply you with lots of training and certifications. No one will ever rush you to do something unsafe. They rather see you work safely then get everything done.

      Cons

      Sometimes its a bit too much. People use safety as an excuse for laziness.
