      1) International exposure by working with colleagues from all over the world (sometimes and some people)...not everyone 2) Free training resources 3) Opportunity to do work across multiple teams

      1) Politics 2) Does not encourage introvert personalities 3) Expects you to make yourself "visible" to leaders which often leads to unhealthy competition
