Good company and policies

Pros

Good policies(term insurance). Recently updated carry over leaves limit 8 to 45 which is good. Good work culture. Good opportunities to learn new skills. Focus on employee safety. Good wfh policies and provide one time setup charges. Competitive salary. Overall good company to stay if you join at senior level. Will find very professional and skilled people to work with.

Cons

Office politics. Less salary Increment over the years even when rating is good(due to Corona 0 % Increment and no variable pay for year 2021,may be better next year). High attrition this year mainly because of above reasons. Very difficult to get promotions especially at lower levels. Can't change role for 4 years unless promotion happens.
