      Relentless chasing the returns for investors with resilient financial such that it will overcome every downturn in the economy cycle and also well positioned to be prepared for the new economy with EVs and green.

      Cons

      keep up with the pace of change as the job tenure is usually short lived in less than 5 years and thus organization alignment is happening almost everywhere every time. Be prepared with extensive networking to ensure you remains on the preferred list for consideration in the next round of adjustment.
