Pros
Overall benefits are better than other companies. For example on total leaves, HMO MBL, and shuttle services for mid and night shift. Focus on DE&I and safety as part of its core focus though this may come as hypocritical in real life application (see cons)
Cons
Bad management and some leaders do not walk the talk. Constant reorganization some are more disrespectfully than others.
