Easy work culture Friendly environment and not just focus on the outcome, although it focuses on the journey and how to build something great.

Cons

Facility and perks can be better compared to other product companies.

The place to be

Pros

I proactively tried to find a role at this company for a few years. It had the reputation as being THE place to work, because of it's interesting tech, vision and its work life balance (especially for a tech company). I've been here nearly two years and it's all true. Wouldn't want to work anywhere else.

Cons

There's a lot of change, you have to be okay with that.
