Good people and wellbeing days, but stress is increasing

Pros

- Wellbeing days. - Good people.

Cons

- Starting to work in 'Release per month' mode, meaning stress more often, once in a month, instead of once in 3 months, like in big corporate. - Not getting the highest salary that I should get. - Career Opportunities exist, but not many of them.

Compensation, good communication from top leadership, solutions are solid so you can stand behind what you sold.

Cons

Not that same ServiceNow I joined 7 years ago. Unfairly judged and pressured out at the end of a strong career.
