Growing company with good product; It was nice to work at a company that was doing so well and had a very positive, enthusiastic user base.

Cons

Strategic leadership is lacking; they are able to ride failures of competitors but making important decisions is difficult for senior leaders

Too much American corporatism. Even in the dutch office this bled over.
