- Excellent New Hire Training - Competitive Salaries, great benefits - Unlimited PTO - Awesome Stock options

Cons

- Extremely fast paced, to the point where they roll out changes before all departments are ready. This causes a lot of bottle neck issues in product development and sales enablement.

The ServiceNow platform delivers on it's promises to customers, so great product - very easy to feel comfortable and confident to advocate for it. ServiceNow people are even better than it's product - passionate about the product, customers and supporting each other.

Cons

Growing pains typical of a company experiencing explosive growth.
