Low Morale in specific Org chart. Overall Great Company

Pros

- Smart coworkers - Colleagues are always team players - Benefits - Unlimited PTO - Work Life balance is great.

Cons

- no professional growth - threatens to lower bonus if you do not agree with everything management says - management says one thing and changes their mind soon after - interview process should be 1 on 1 with management as well as team member. It should not be a intimidating 5 vs 1 interview process. - Currently only hiring H1B. Look else where if you are looking for a job.

Poor communication and U.S. centric leadership. Dunning-Kruger effect evident in senior leaders. Attracts the brightest people but tells them what to do, rather than follow their advice, rate of attrition not surprising.
