Pros

Good pay and RSUs. Good amount of work and intelligent teammates. Greate management, flexible, no micromanagement. Managers knowing project in and out is a good thing. Hackathons and learning opportunities

Cons

All depends on which team you are part of, most of the teams are good but heard some of them are not as good

Work Environment is really good and during this COVID times none of them is laid off. So we can understand how strong the company is

It will not help to improve your coding skills as it requires only limited skills and every customization is provided by the platform itself
