Pros

ServiceNow is a rocketship, sound clique but this can be validated but looking at the stock price. ServiceNow is an innovative company that cares about its employees, customers, and partners. From my experience, there aren't any office politicis that get in the way from you getting your work done.

Cons

Like at any big tech company, diversity is a problem. I do have to admit that ServiceNow has made an effort to diversify its board of directors and leadership positions. I would love to see this done at other levels of the business.
