Pros

The sky's the limit on opportunity. The company is at an interesting point of development. It will be interesting to see how growth changes the culture.

Cons

Many siloed organizations, but it seems people are beginning to recognize the need to collaborate. Some teams are understaffed/underskilled, which has an impact on getting things done. I imagine with the new leadership at the top, we'll start to see more emphasis on performance and people will either step up their game, or leave.

Pros

So many! The new changes on the Executive team have done well in everything in the right direction. All of my coworkers and other employees are seemingly incredibly happy to come to work. There is a huge cafeteria as well as a gym accessible all the time that provides various classes. I love it here!

Cons

The only con I can think of is the bathroom is lacking mints/mouthwash!
