Stock price is nice. Company is growing dynamically.

Cons

--Work/life balance is terrible; it's growing so fast that chaos rules. --CMO and other marketing leadership create an unfriendly, toxic environment. --For a company that's seemingly printing money, they won't invest in new marketing tools & platforms to move the business forward. --With no performance plan process, you can be let go on a moment's notice.

Pros

ServiceNow values their employees and treats them like actual humans with reasonable working hours, extremely flexible scheduling, an unlimited vacation policy, and great benefits.

Cons

While most of the benefits are great, don't expect an employer match on the 401(k) plan.
