Excellent company with very good product and capacity to continue growing in this market, being one of the cloud companies with potential to grow more in the following years

The sales model is new in the company with high growth and have some challenging objectives to have a more efficient sales organization.

Pros

The pay and benefits are top tier. Good work life balance.

Cons

The software is not interesting despite there being opportunities to make it more so in ways that would be valuable to customers. The environment is stiff and boring. It is hard to make changes to improve things and virtually no support from management to do so.
