Terrific culture and working environment. Great product well executed. Stock is great and plenty of room still to grow.

Change is resisted, growing quickly but sometimes seems a bit haphazard in its execution.

Transformation from a small company to a huge company means changes that require a different attitude. Customer's perhaps not always engaged as well as they could be
