      Pros

      Exciting and fun. Great education. Large company with great perks, benefits and opportunities for growth. My DM rocks! Sephora values that ensure a great work environment and make us different than other reatil companies. Amazing and talented cast who I absolutely adore.

      Cons

      Some stores seem to be allowed to operate without regards to these very important Sephora values and sadly these values were the main reason I was interested in working for this company. Dog and pony...little respect for all, work life balance only for part- timers, no innovation or passion, cutting back on education so expertise is suffering, and a big lack of teamwork with the war of the worlds, at least in my store.

      Pros

      lots of fun if you like beauty - lots of freebies- perks and easy job. Teaching is great- extra videos for learning new techniques.

      Cons

      hiring from within is not done so much in order to move up. I wish they would look at thier hard working employees and move them up the latter easier.
