Pros

Extensive training involving products, techniques--often given by the artists and brands by professionals.

Cons

They do not promote from within as they should. They recruit talent, and after development, allow them few advancement options; as a result many skilled individuals often leave to pursue other career opportunities as a result of growing "stagnate" in their role.

Very big on training their employees, A respectful work atmosphere. Ability to move up and the gratis is great.

Cons

The On Call shifts, Dealing with Artists that think they straight from «hollywood and too good to be bothered with an express service., for someone who might not turn into a five hundred dollar basket.
