Gratis Life is great as the as your part of the "In" crowd, even if you are unethical. Good pay

Cons

Working hard will get you nowhere. It's extremely political. Little focus on cosmetics if you are in management. Constant change leads to many systems being introduced and having many glitches. They say they are a values company, that is not the case anymore except when you want to write someone up. RVP's have too much power and play favorites. High school atmosphere with tons of drama which starts at the corporate level and trickles down to the stores. Definitely a company in a culture crisis.

Expectations very high for pay. Managers have no life outside Sephora therefore it is their life. Posative feedback is rare. Will tear down moral quickly.

If you're a product junkie, you'll be in heaven. A lot of support from corporate offices

Cons

Large focus on theft as there are many small items. When store is full it's difficult to keep an eye on everyone.
