      False Promises and High Turnover – Not a Place for Long-Term Growth

      Pros

      Uniforms and basic training are provided. Flexible scheduling depending on site and supervisor. Easy to get hired – they’re almost always recruiting.

      Cons

      Management often makes empty promises regarding raises, promotions, or transfers that never happen. High turnover: employees are frequently let go and replaced without clear reason or notice. No reliable communication or support system in place. Supervisors tend to avoid accountability and act as if everything is fine, even after unfair terminations. You may feel powerless when mistreated — legal backing heavily favors the company. No sense of stability or career progression.

      Overtime is good either you ask or it’s mandatory

      Cons

      If you get sick at work even after notifying management you would prefer not to come in because of sickness you’ll still be expected to sit and wait for a relief
