      Overall Pretty Chill

      Pros

      Depends on what site you get, I got assigned to a site that was overall pretty chill. Watched cameras the majority of the time and had to do two walking tours per shift.

      Cons

      The only reason I left was because i wanted higher pay and they told me i would have to go armed.

      Decent Job for Students, but Poor Employee Support

      Pros

      Flexible enough for students or those looking for part-time or full-time work. Provides experience in professional environments such as data centers. Easy entry point into security work with minimal prior experience required.

      Cons

      Uniforms are not provided seasonally. You may get one set when you’re hired, but when the weather changes, you’re on your own. Getting time off is extremely difficult. Unless you’ve been there a year and qualify for FMLA, every single day off requires a doctor’s note. Vacation options are very limited. Management does not prioritize employee needs or communication.
