Its a job. There is not a single thing that is good about this company besides the fact that you can say you are employed.

The pay is horrible. At least 11% below market value. The spokane branch management is the worst iv ever dealt with and iv had security jobs in Detroit. They will fire you for no reason and they will throw you under the bus for the client. So as soon as you have an altercation at work your gone. I'm not saying this because iv been fired because I haven't. IV been lucky enough to transfer to a new company before it got bad. Iv recovered 2 stolen vehicles in the same week and not even a thank you. They treat u like crap untill they need you then they put on a fake smile n guilt trip you to do what they want. Apply for universal protection services. Better pay better management and they ACTUALLY HAVE INCENTIVES! If u already applied for this company (in Spokane Washington at least) and they want to hire you. RUN as far as possible. Unless ur ok with $11 an hour to have MRSA patients bleed on u and spit at you. (and btw ur not allowed to get physical or ur fired and you have no means to protect yourself therefore get MRSA or get fired)
