Co workers and direct management are often great people. Pay can be good depending on contract. Lots of overtime if you want it.

Cons

Contract specific but opportunities for advancement can be lacking.

Pros

Most guards I've worked with will argue there is no forward progression in this company. That is simply not true, If you show you care about your job you will promote very fast. I was promoted in less than 6 months. This job is what you make it and i highly recommend it.

Cons

Often odd hours (but they have night differential) so not really a con in my opinion
