      Security Company that opened the door to a Career

      Pros

      This company Promotes from within for lower level positions. So if you have a good head on your shoulders you will not be the grunt for long.

      Cons

      This is a very large company that treats its employees like a number. In my almost three years with the company I never received a review (this was probably due to 7 promotions in that time span) even though i worked under the same managers the entire time.

      Pros

      If you show up on time, put effort into making your uniform look presentable, and are decent at customer relations, you will get some decent assignments. The pay is not that great, but if steady work is what you're after, then this will work out. They do try and accommodate students, but make sure you tell them your hours and status upfront. They do seem to dislike surprises.

      Cons

      Getting schedules changed, or trying to get raises seems to be something that just isn't discussed or done. You literally have to have someone die, get fired, or both, to get a promotion.
