Managers never communicate with the staff and rarely make site visits if there are problems. No interest in meeting their officers needs. Build up a relationship on false promises. They just don't care.

The overall treatment of the flexi,s by the permanent staff including some Supervisors. Its appalling and its a case of leave all the casual staff to do all the boring mundane positions whilst the full time go off to the more varied and interesting jobs. Maybe get trained up after a few years spent in the shed most of the whole shift apart from an hour or two rostered in the freight shed searching lorries. Some watches not speaking to you unless they have no choice for the whole shift. Ignored all the time.
