Easy work: out of an 8 hour shift you will probably do 2 hours worth of work. Staff: People are great to work with. Perk card: it’s a good resume builder

Cons

The cons oh boy the cons. Overtime: I just love working an 8 hour shift only to stay for another 8 hour shift. This isn’t a one time thing at all more like 6 times a month. The pay: the pay is kinda bad for the work that you have to do at some of these sites. If your standing at site all day then is tolerable. If your watching old folks or working at a hospital it’s H3LL. $10-12/ hr. Hahaha yeah right. Front desk makes more then you. Staff: Securitas doesn’t care if your short of staff at a site. All they care about is the post being filled. With that in mind remember if your already short people, don’t think that someone is coming next week. The S/O that do flex will only be there for 1 day if barely longer then that. Do yourself a favor and only stay with them as long as possible. Do not ignore your family for this place. Find something else.

None. I couldn't even make anything up.

Cons

Lack of work when you were told you'd have full time hours. Management is absolutely horrible. The pay is always in the basement. A toddler couldn't buy toys off this income. They'll throw you under the bus just to save themselves. The people they hire are way under qualified and their site supervisors are a joke. I could go on and on but unless you are in need of a job like yesterday, I wouldn't even waste my time. They'll call you over and over even on your days off to work 30 to 40 miles away from your home. Just inconsiderate.
