When they are rover, they should rove, not sit in their office all day. You should have a set schedule, not be bounced around with 8 hour turn-arounds. If there are enough employees, you should have a schedule that doesn't vary unless someone calls in. There's too many call-ins at my facility. One would think the uniform would have the ability to draw respect, but it's just the opposite at my particular site. It's almost a joke. The people that we're hired to protect, don't respect us & rarely pay little attention to us when we're trying to do our job.
