      Pros

      There are no pros that I can think of. I didn't even last two days there. Very disrespectful. They are really doing a secretary job rather then a security job.

      Cons

      I lasted one day. They switched sites on me without me knowing. The site was 45 minutes farther away then the one I wanted. I get there for training and it was an eight hour shift with in that time frame I learned nothing the person who was suppose to train me disappeared several times. and I did not have a badge to access the main plant which he did not even show me a tour. He did not teach me any of the equipment plus they were teaching me at a site I wasn't because the other site they switched me was a brand new account so why are they teaching me at a place I wasn't going to be working at? This company is very disorganized I would avoid working for them period unless you are a manager.

      Pros

      Good place to work the environment is nice but not enough hours or shifts to sustain you unless you have been here for years

      Cons

      No vacation and little sick leave with pay but you have a certain amount of time to allow them to get coverage for you might have to go in sick
