      Pros

      Easy duty no stress little management interface with workers very good co workers but high turn over very little loyalty fair work conditions. best for entry level or retired used generally as a stepping stone as experience increases. very little Career potential.

      Cons

      company does not respect officers. management is a joke when they tell you you get no break because the Gov does not mandate breaks that says it all

      Pros

      so for starters, i got sick, minor health issues and securitas has accommodated me very well to return to work. the scheduling are very responsive through calls and texts, very helpful and if you have an issue, they resolve it properly and quickly. supervisors were very caring, other guards were friendly, helpful and made it feel like a family. you want your hours, you will get them. i showed my supervisors that i wanted to work and they called me in for that reason.

      Cons

      only one time i had an issue with my pay. a small error but it was fixed instantly pay isnt the best but for a student who is looking for experience, references for police or any field, this company provides that
