-The pay is good, thats it
Cons
-schedulers and branch managers doesn't care about employees. -you can have all the hours in the world then you would magically not have a schedule. -schedulers and mangers take their time calling you back and finding you a post (somewhere to work) you will be lucky to get a call back from them. -They try their best to keep you from working so their employees don't get the benefits. -schedulers would act like they don't have any work then give another employee work right after you -they try their best to have their employees only working part time or as a flex officer (you would be lucky to get a permanent post). -securitas don't care about their employees. -securitas only cares about securitas (their words)!!!!
