      Pros

      Good company to work for .Work mates very good , Sites pretty good ,Some better than others .They pay for out of pocket travel expenses and put you up in a decent hotel if you have to go away for any length of time and a decent evening meal allowance.

      Cons

      Lack of contact from the managers , client preferred over the employee , lack of staff to cover shifts and you end up doing long hours , very long hours .No subs to let you get bus tickets .some sites far out of town beyond walking distance that is reasonable walking distance .Some big contracts lost that were good sites .Lack of promotion from within , lack of courses to enhance your role ie 1st aid ,cctv .

      Great colleagues, easy to get to sites, management are great, Comms are easy to get hold of and are willing to help

      Cons

      Sometimes the shifts can be a bit long drawn out
