      Pros

      Loads of hours if you want them Pay comes on time and is usually correct

      Cons

      Loads of hours available but only because of lack of component guards to cover shifts Lack of training for new guards Loads of favouritism it's who you know etc Management always have time for you when your going to do something for them not the other way round ever Even if you do favours like cover shifts on short notice it's never appreciated at all Always on there terms if you want to get in contact with them for say your holidays there awfully slow to get back to you but if they want you to do something for them they'll contact you asap Wages are absolutely terrible just barely above minimum wage

      Hours when they feel you need it.

      Cons

      There's no respect, they throw experience officers in low paying sites only get 24 to 30hrs a week unless called to do extra work. Folks that aren't experience get 40 hours and better sites than experienced. No common concerns about where officers are working. Ask for a different site you might get told they don't have anything or the run around. Never worked for an organization that does whatever they want and treat the workers like crap.
