My experience is based on working at the Van Nuys office. In my time there, I found that management did not communicate effectively with guards. The current manager Tommie Serrano, does not demonstrate strong leadership, and generally negative demeanor has contributed to a challenging and unproductive work environment.

The pay is low and the job is boring
