      Pros

      If you work at a government type post or work in the plants you'll receive good pay. Some of the post are very laid back.

      Cons

      If you have year round allergies or catch colds easily don't work for any post that requires outside doesn't matter which security company it is. No pay raise for the post that I work because of "whatever the guards do overall."

      Management should work on the site they run. Not just change everything. Managers are awful ! They lie lie and lie .

      Get new managers in the south East and it would be brilliant.

      Pros

      A lot of overtime available at the Manheim Central Florida location. An individual can get as many as 20 or more hours depending on how flexible he or she is when it comes to getting sleep.

      Cons

      Management is poor quality all across the board the Manheim employees and supervision mirrors that of the Securitas staff. Training is lackluster the job is not difficult, but the equipment is out of date and rarely updated with any proper maintenance or care. Manheim across the nation has this same problem security is just the stepchild company taking the blows for the consistent mismanagement that allows the company to operate with minimal financial interests in the security features of the business. Securitas HR is very unorganized and understaffed. With an absent-minded HR personnel who is more concerned with Securitas well being vs. a bipartisan concern for well being of the employee's
