      Easy, but boring.

      Pros

      Easy job(watch employees as they walk in to see if they have a badge or not), direct deposit, consistent hours, good schedule (8am-4pm every weekday), friendly coworkers, nice job site, food truck comes everyday with cheap but tasty plates

      Cons

      Gets boring really fast, not supposed to use phones, can read or do crossword/word search but that's about it for staying occupied. Have to work for the company for at least 6 months to get moved up a position or move sites

      Now fallen from pan to fire, after CP was sacked by the present management, SL management runs this company like a pandemonium by fulfilling their own personal and family needs, Stake holder do not know where they are running. Now its more or less a family company of the COO. No command & control at all and employees take their own leaves as and when they wish despite the fact that company is running down. Its very sad to say.
