There is very little "pros". There are too many "cons"

Cons

Management culture here is built on intimidation. I was physically surrounded by three managers (one was a trainee learning these tactics) and told my religious and health accommodations 'did not matter.' When I stood my ground, I was actually invited to 'take it outside' by a superior. When reported to HR, the only response was to remove me from my site with a loss of benefits, while the managers faced zero repercussions. I am returning to my journalism roots to document the systemic issues this company is famous for: Wage & Time Theft > * Retaliation/Forced Transfers Misclassification of Duties If you value your integrity and your paycheck, stay away. This company cares about the contract, not the human being.

wasn't a bad gig, easy, went to interview trying to get regular security position and the asked me to be supervisor.

Cons

was hired specifically for a certain shift and weekends off and when a new site manager came in she changed it even after we confirmed my schedule.
