Easy work plenty of overtime

New staff almost everyday the company hires anyone willing to wear a uniform most guards are unprofessional, have terrible work ethic, people no call no show and are fine with no consequences. Punishment is not a word used by management they only care about supplying bodies to sites.terrible work life balance and odd hours.pay sucks.
