The coworkers and customers are mostly friendly

100% is based on 50h, however, you mostly work 42h which means they'll get you a 80% salary. So your pay reduces from 4200-ish to around 3500 max, which is brutal for the amount of traveling you do. Furthermore, you also have to live with the fact that they decide your hours and sometimes randomly send you home, which results in underhours in the following month. If you have to little hours at the end of the year they'll simply force you to work overtime for free. Overtime in general is terrible, as its only awarded with a 5% cash bonus instead of the full wage.
