      Pros

      Secureworks is heavily invested in the morale of their team. Decisions are driven by the business while simultaneously team morale is at the forefront of those decisions. Secureworks takes care of it's people

      Cons

      Sometimes Secureworks struggles with "analysis paralysis" where so many people are involved in making a decision that it leads to over analyzing things, which causes delays in doing anything. This creates frustration for team members because they are left with questions that can't be answered.

      Pros

      Culture, Leadership and Benefits. I appreciate that Secureworks is not a West Coast tech company with West coast attitude and culture.

      Cons

      Sometimes it is a negative being tied to Dell however overall I like have the job stability, benefits and infrastructure support of Dell parent company
