      Pros

      IR is still fairly good though most of their best people have left.

      Cons

      Pay is poor, morale is down, product doesn’t perform, no vision, leadership is lost.

      Pros

      Company has stable, rational management with few brilliant jerks or incompetents. Standout talent to learn from, hackathons that often result in new feature roadmap items and an empowered self directed ethos for the engineering teams allow rapid growth for the self motivated. Remote culture.

      Cons

      Over the last few years the company transitioned to a scratch built, tech first, open extensible platform/service from a legacy service oriented approach. This is difficult. Hopefully the higher growth rates already seen in the new offering translate to earnings and revenue as the business evolution completes.
