Sales marketing budget is very tight Management is sitting in their ivory tower not listening to what’s happening in the trenches. Salary is low compared to others and no RSU. Very competitive MDR , makes it challenging to sell with other dominant players in the industry with little or no differentiation. Sub par first line managers Lastly limited career growth opportunities unless you’re in the inner circle.

Incompetent management with decades of service, expect obsolete management style, a lot of finger pointing even within the same siloed teams, close to 0 pay increases, no RSUs, retaliations, opposing views are strongly discouraged.
