      Week off for the holidays, travel opportunities.

      Old CEO was ok and reasonable, the new one is completely clueless. She has driven this company into the ground with bad decisions and lackluster performance to say the least. This used to be a great company to work for. Also, I know for a fact the company tries to locate employees who leave bad Glassdoor reviews. I have seen it happen quite a few times, so be careful if you are still employed here.

      No Silo Issues, Smart Folks, Frequent Layoffs

      Pros

      I loved working with good, smart folks and had no trouble getting assistance from savvy specialists in various capacities

      Cons

      In my first year, we had multiple layoffs so that almost everyone I worked with was gone. The next year, I was laid off. The last survivor from my initial tenure was laid off six months after me. So if they start hiring again, check them out. But don't take it for granted that you've found a long-term home.
