Dropped many legacy offerings that built the co. Great to advance but left many behind that did not share the vision.

The executives in the C-Suite are accessible but there is the typical disconnect you find in corporate America between the execs and the people who actually do the work. New processes and procedures will trickle down from the top that always seem to make your work more difficult unnecessarily. This is a good job but it's sort of a dead end. There isn't much of a career path.
