      Pros

      Secureworks is a nice place to work for. Decent pay, good work life balance. Good opportunities to grow.

      Cons

      Recent changes in the org structure gave chance to a few people to enter the management. In my opinion, one of managers seriously lacks communication and other core interpersonal skills. That’s one big and direct impact on me. Also the recurring work force reduction phases since the change of CEO make one feel insecure. Compensations and benefits could be better
