The andromeda training in Bucharest office. You learn plenty of stuff about what a security analyst should look for. Some of us (juniors) knew much more then the seniors.

Cons

The team leads and the managers don’t have a clue about what should be done. One of my former team leads couldn’t even login in one of our tools after 1 year. He then was supposed to analyze my tickets and give me a note which may affect your bonus or even your promotion. It was really embarrassing to see the man that should guide you to be this bad. A lot of the people in the Bucharest office are friends or former employees and they tend to be mean with the “outsiders”. After I left secureworks I was asked for a review and I have mentioned my former team lead with examples for each thing. Now he is laughing that nobody does nothing against him.

Laying off entire dedicated team. Some have been handed jobs while other long term employees are sent packing with no help finding jobs. If you are part of the in crowd you are handed a job even if you couldn't perform in your last role.
