      The company allows their employees to work remote. The company is backed by Dell Technologies so the benefits are great.

      Cons

      Although the company had diversity hiring metrics. It was just on the service level. The company did not have a equitable work culture. The company recently had layoffs and has instability. The future of the company is not very promising

      My longtime manger was great and the benefits are good. Learned a ton at the job

      Cons

      1 year ago I would have been mostly positive about my time at secureworks, but layoffs, terrible management in my opinion and tanking morale make it very hard to recommend.
