      Good open communication between employees and management, monthly all-employee meetings with honest sharing of company results and achievements and plans, high level of skill within the research team, security analysts, engineering and operations groups, marketing team and others

      Very fast-paced, in some cases you have very limited resources to achieve very ambitious goals

      Pros

      Interesting technology to work with. Lots of interesting client security data to review for trends in current security landscape. Most of the people on the ground here are top notch security and software engineers. Decent time off policies.

      Cons

      Lousy health benefits. Lots of young managers who have never worked anywhere else and thus have no clue about how to treat their staff properly nor have any perspective about the rest of the world. Short sighted development leadership that can't see past their own egos.
